When we started our blog one of the things we wanted to do was highlight the customer service department. What better way to start doing that than letting you get to know them a little better. 

Our Customer service team is based in Serbia. You may be thinking “well the are not part of the team” WRONG! With today’s technologies it could not be easier to be in CONSTANT communication with them. Our teams make constant trips back and forth to check out the operations as well. These people could not be a bigger part of the ABACUS family. 

Something they hold near and dear to their hearts, aside from helping out you guys ;), is this amazing festival call the EXIT FESTIVAL. It is this big party where people from all over the world get together to share in great music and good times. I have never been but from what I hear it is Bucket list worthy.
